١. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق Sajjel AI (سجّل)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط كاملةً. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

٢. وصف الخدمة

Sajjel AI هو تطبيق مساعد محاسبي يعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، يتيح تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية عبر الصوت أو النص، وإنشاء تقارير مبسطة للأعمال الصغيرة.

٣. استخدام الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك.
يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير مشروع.
يحق لنا تعليق الحساب في حال إساءة الاستخدام.

٤. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق التطبيق محفوظة لإدارة Sajjel AI. لا يحق نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل التطبيق بدون إذن خطي مسبق.

٥. الاشتراكات والدفع

الخطة المجانية متاحة بحدود معينة موضحة داخل التطبيق.
الاشتراك المدفوع يُجدَّد تلقائياً ما لم تلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة من تاريخ التجديد.
لا يوجد استرداد للمدفوعات بعد بدء دورة الاشتراك.

⚠️ ٦. إخلاء المسؤولية المحاسبية والقانونية

تطبيق Sajjel AI هو أداة مساعدة فقط وليس برنامجاً محاسبياً معتمداً أو مرخصاً من أي جهة ضريبية أو حكومية.

لا تعتمد على التطبيق وحده في:

إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية الرسمية.
التدقيق المالي أو إعداد القوائم المالية الرسمية.
أي التزامات قانونية أو ضريبية تجاه الجهات الرسمية.

إدارة Sajjel AI غير مسؤولة عن أي خسائر مالية أو مسائلة قانونية أو ضريبية تنتج عن الاعتماد على بيانات التطبيق. يُنصح دائماً بمراجعة محاسب قانوني معتمد للشؤون الرسمية.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

إدارة Sajjel AI لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه.

٨. التعديلات على الشروط

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعارك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري.

٩. القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في فلسطين.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sajjel AI, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Sajjel AI is an AI-powered accounting assistant that allows small businesses to record daily financial transactions via voice or text, and generate simplified reports.

3. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use of the app for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app are reserved by Sajjel AI Management. Copying, distributing, or modifying the app without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The free plan is available with limits as specified within the app.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
No refunds are issued after a subscription cycle has begun.

⚠️ 6. Accounting & Legal Disclaimer

Sajjel AI is an assistive tool only and is not a certified or licensed accounting software approved by any tax authority or government body.

Do not rely solely on this app for:

Preparing official tax returns or declarations.
Financial auditing or preparing official financial statements.
Any legal or tax obligations before official authorities.

Sajjel AI Management is not responsible for any financial losses, legal liability, or tax consequences resulting from reliance on app data. Always consult a licensed accountant for official matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sajjel AI Management shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified within the app of any material changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Palestine.
